The basic premise of this prophecy is that America will soon experience a period of grace and unprecedented prosperity like never before in its history.  The exact start point of this period varies depending on who you talk with.  But, once it starts, we'll all know with certainty.  Also, there's discussion that this period will last 7 years, some say 10, some 12, and I've heard upwards of 35 years in some cases.  So the exact length of it is up for debate.  The fact that it will happen, however, is not.
