Admin Note: Hezbollah isn't fully out of commission, but they're absolutely getting wrecked right now.  Hamas is the same way.  Al-Qaeda is still standing, but even they're getting wrecked hard right now.  So this isn't complete, but they're definitely down to being basically a shell of their former selves.  At this point I consider them as fallen, with all that remains being just the final cleanup of what's left of them.
