The general gist of this prophecy, as I understand it, is two fold.  First, a president will come (supposedly Trump), and he will be fearless, and will bring great restoration to the nation.  During this time, a woman, an "Esther", will rise up as well, and will begin to bring healing to the nation, and this will be done as a means to make possible the gospel going to the entire world.  This prophecy, while connected with the prophecy of Donald Trump's two terms, as well as several others, is more an explanation of what will happen during those two terms (in summary), and especially in the second term, when God raises up Melania to be a modern day Esther to the nation.
