Summary:

The gist of this prophecy is that God will send a revolution of sorts through South America, and three nations who exist there will be freed from their tyrannical socialist governments and given freedom again. More may be affected, and turned to freedom in the long run, but for now three are mentioned. There will also be signs, wonders, great earthquakes, and more.

My people who are called By My name in South America are crying out they are crying out for liberation for worship of the Lord their God and they shall have what they have so earnestly sought Me for as you shall see faith and those so thirsty for the Lord have an accelerated growth there shall be growth spurt of the church the true church in those countries in South America.
