This one talks about how Coastal cities will experience several earthquakes over the coming years and there will also be a major earthquake in the mid west first before this time. My guess on the full interpretation of this is either this will be the New Madrid earthquake kicking off first, and the others are either secondary (sympathy) quakes triggered by "the big one", or perhaps there will be a large earthquake in the midwest that is NOT the New Madrid, but still creates a series of sympathy quakes up and down the entire eastern coastline. The east coast earthquake of 2012 wasn't the fulfillment of this prophecy, but rather a separate event as it wasn't preceded by the prerequisite midwest quake. That has to happen first, and at a large enough size (6.0 and higher) to put the other elements into motion.
