This prophecy is fairly long, but the general consensus is that there will be 112 popes, from the time of Malachy to the end of the RCC, the last of which will oversee the destruction of the Roman Catholic Church. We are presently on that last, and 112th pope. Namely Francis. The validity of the prophecy is not certain, but so far it's shown a reasonable degree of accuracy, although that is still somewhat in question. Also, as for the destruction of the RCC, Francis is doing a bangup job of that right now, and there may not be another pope of the RCC. Another pope, yes, but not of the original RCC.
