Summary: Starting at 39:10. California, God is calling to you. He will take away the old, and establish the new. This will bring about a great return to the state, and many of those who left will return. Those who are evil, and think they will stay in power in that state will be removed. And God will show that California is actually more red (conservative) than what has been reported. It shall be like a gold rush the way the return happens. Things will change greatly for the good in California.
