Summary: There will be a barge that will come from within the USA and it will be used by terrorists to fire a rocket into the sky that will have a nuke on the head. It will be a USSR rocket. They will fire this into the sky to try and EMP the USA. However, it won't get high enough and only a small section of the USA will get hit, mostly down south in Tennessee, Kentucky, Atlanta, etc. People in the North and West will be protected. This appears to happen in the summer.
