The summary of this prophecy is that Paris, France (and by inference, France as a whole) will begin to suffer violent riots, the people will rise up and turn violently against their leaders (think French Revolution v2) and there will be considerable bloodshed and death throughout all this.  But through all of this, Paris, and France as a whole, will be saved, and rescued from destruction, and will see a great rebirth.
