The gist of this prophecy is that Turkey will come under severe judgment from God, and will be pulled down, and great revival will sweep the nation and turn it back to God for a time.  That doesn't mean it won't return to its old ways some day, especially near the doorstep of the Tribulation.  But, for a time, it will be turned back to God.
