This prophecy speaks of the fall of many world leaders, from presidents, prime ministers, and premiers, all the way down to local and state political and business leaders.  Most will be judged for crimes against their people, their nations, and even the world in some cases, while others will step down, hoping to escape the judgment coming their way.
