Summary:

This prophecy speaks of a time, possibly brief, possibly long, where the area of the USA, that once hosted the dust bowl of the mid to late 1930's, becomes extremely wet. This has been fullfilled by the recent monsoon like stormy weather that came through that exact region of the USA.

And at MY word, you shall see the drought end and the rain come, and that will be the indication of another changing of the guard," says the Lord.

Admin Note: This transformation of drought to abundance will be nationwide. However, I'm adding it here as it fits, even though it's impact is much greater than just the dust bowl area. Also, this has begun in California, and a few other states, but hasn't gone nationwide yet.

Starting at around 8:30, Hank talks about an abundance of rain that will fall on the nation and water the land. It doesn't specifically mention the dust bowl area, but if the rains are hitting the entire nation, then that area will be hit too.

Summary: Starting at 12:10m: God will send heavy rains on, what is presumed to be America, and will use this to bring an end to the droughts we're experiencing. The purpose of this is as a sign that God will wipe away the corruption that fills America.
