The general gist of this prophecy is NOT that Obama will be the duly elected President of the USA.  The nature of this prophecy is different.  Unlike the previous prophecy, stating he won't leave office at the end of his second term, this one is speaking of Obama having a third term in the context of setting up a shadow government to undermine Trump and try to bring him down, with the eventual goal of putting Hillary in his place to complete the 16 year plan of destruction initiated by the deep state through Obama, with Hillary finishing off the second half of that plan.  With the defeat of Hillary, Obama began a shadow 3rd term not far from the White House, with the goal of removing Trump from office and restarting the 16 year plan.  Numerous individuals, including Q, have verified this to be true, and that it has come to pass.
