Summary:

The basic summary of this prophecy is that Opec is about to be judged severely by God, and as a result, gas prices at the pump will drop below a dollar a gallon. We have already seen the first tastes of this happen, but there's more to come, including a brief period of super high gas prices that are a result of this fight to destroy and judge OPEC, and bring it to its knees.
