The prophecy about America by Daniel Webster comes at a time when he was only months from death at age 70.  In summary the prophecy speaks of how, if America holds to God it will succeed and be blessed.  If it doesn't, it will be destroyed, never to rise again.  At present America, as it was originally founded and formed, no longer exists.  What remains is the aftermath of that destruction, a communist, socialist police state dictatorship in the guise of Old America, but not the actual nation anymore that was created and envisioned by the founders.  That nation is officially dead.  As such the cursing part of this prophecy has been fulfilled.
