This prophecy speaks of how God, disappointed that we're taking this incredible gift of oil, coal, and natural gas, and refusing to use it (think "green" agenda), God will raise up new sources of energy from the earth, the sea, and the stars. And from this, there will be an abundance of energy. FYI, this doesn't negate the "America and Israel will become oil superpowers" prophecy. God doesn't say He's taking away our oil. He says he's supplementing it with other sources of energy ALONGSIDE of oil. In short, when God is done, there will be so much cheap and free energy in the world, all of which will be easy to access, that man won't be able to control it, lock it down, or restrict it like they're doing now.
