Summary: A "High tower" in DC will fall down soon.

Admin Note: He doesn't specifically name the Washington Monument, or really any particular monument. So this may actually refer to something else, and not the fall of the monuments. But, it's the only thing that came to my mind when he mentioned it, so I'm adding it here until I get clarity on this saying that it's something different.
