Summary, starting at 28:36m - This is this is a strong word, but this is what I heard the Lord say. I'm going to burn up seeker friendly churches. (I'm not sure if this is actually burning down the physical church, or if it just means they fail and close their doors. Either is a viable interpretation.) God said, I did not die for compromise. And God said, "I don't trade numbers for sin." And I'm not impressed by famous names in a building that have never given their heart to Christ. The Lord said, "The days are going to come because I am reaching into the storehouse of the enemy. I'm going to take some of their best singers. I'm going to take some of their brightest scientists. I'm going to take some of their most intelligent apologists. I'm going to take Hollywood actors and actresses. I'm going to reach into the financial realm of banking. And God said, "My spirit supernaturally is going to touch the hearts of men and women, and they're going to begin to come into the house of the Lord." And God said, "Leave them alone because they're men and women that are going to need to be discipled." And I'm not bringing them to put them on your platform so people will come. The Lord said, "Except the Lord build a house, they that build it labor in vain." And the scripture says that only God can give the increase. |
