1. A Severe Lockdown and Desolation:
- The Alberta Capital Region (centered around Edmonton) is shown as abandoned and in a state of deep despair and hopelessness.
- All activity is halted—roads, buildings, and equipment are idle.
- Spiritually symbolic of a massive shutdown, both economically and emotionally.
2. A Violent Political Storm:
- A fierce wind (not natural, but *political* and *demonic*) is blowing from east to west.
- It’s causing great destruction and shaking governmental institutions—especially the Alberta Legislature.
- The goal of this enemy-driven storm: **to suppress and destroy Alberta’s destiny**, especially its role in releasing both spiritual and natural “oil” (blessing/resources).
3. A Powerful Reversal:
- The wind changes direction, now coming from *west to east*, representing the **Holy Spirit**.
- This divine wind is far stronger and begins to **remove a sticky, suffocating covering** placed over the land by the enemy.
4. Peeling Off the Enemy's Covering:
- The Holy Spirit's wind peels off a plastic-like film that had sealed the region, especially government centers, restricting Alberta's purpose and flow of blessing.
- **Two angels**, pure and powerful, arrive to surgically cut and remove the covering from the Legislature and the rest of Edmonton.
- The film is removed quickly and efficiently by divine intervention.
5. Restoration and Revelation:
- As the film is removed:
- Hidden resources (oil, wells, mines) are revealed—both old and new.
- The land is *cleansed* of deep-rooted corruption, defilement, and wickedness.
- A complete **spiritual and societal reset** takes place.
- Alberta’s true destiny is restored, releasing it to fulfill its national and global calling.
