God says, "When you see the size of what shall come by inches and feet, and when you see the abundance of rain, and then there shall be a strange thing that shall disrupt communications, and they will say, 'What is the sound?' It is the sound of My hand bringing about the change – swift change – that will begin to affect even the governments of the earth. It shall affect Brazil, it shall affect Bolivia, it shall affect Peru, it shall affect Mexico. United States, you are on My list – Canada, Australia; and watch what I do to shift Ukraine and bring things to a halt. This is the hour of swift change," says the Spirit of God.

This prophecy itself is about a communications blackout, or possible disruption that will come. The reasons are still up for debate, but it's going to hit the entire world from what I understand. So, with that being said, since the precursors are fulfilled, this one is next no deck.

Also, this prophecy has already seen some early "test runs", shall we say, of the big blackout that is to come. But the main event is still to be fulfilled at this time.
