The interpretation is that there will be massive grid outages caused by humans. ------------------------------------ Admin Note: We've seen a smaller scale fulfillment of this. But most of that has been localized. The ultimate fulfillment of this, from what I understand, would involve huge, multi-state outages. We haven't had that just yet.
