The summary of this prophecy is that God will "Shake" the Black Sea (this may not be a literal "shaking", but rather something notable that gets people's attention) causing a changing of the waters, the tides, the colors of the water, causing the waters to be poisoned. This apparently is a judgment on the local region as God promises to heal the waters if those who live in the area repent.
