This prophecy speaks of a time in the future when all of the nations of the world will be merged together under the banner of 10 kingdoms, each ruled by an individual monarch who will be answerable and beholden to the AntiChrist. We are already seeing this happen through the efforts of the EU, as well as the attempted merging of nations in North America that will eventually form the North American Union which is targeted to become region 1 of the one world government with the EU becoming region 2.
